Orders usually ship in 1 to 3 days. Shipping times can vary due to order volume. Additional delays can occur in exceptional situations, such as global pandemics.
Orders of all size are shipped for a cost of 20$.
LARP Equipment: Certain items may have additional shipping costs based on their size (Two-Handed Staves) or weight. If this occurs, we will contact you with the exact shipping charges and you can decide to proceed or not with your order at that point.
INVENTORY
If an item's price is visible, it means we have the item in stock and on our store shelves. If, in place of the price, there is the mention Out of Stock or Sold Out, it means we do not have any of the items left in our store.
You may only add items to your cart in equal or less quantities than the number we have in stock.
We are a brick and mortar store with thousands of items and thus online/offline overlaps may occur occasionally.
RETURNS
Sealed items may be returned within 14 days for a full refurnd.
Books, Foam, Paints and all items sold unsealed are final sale.
MISSING / DAMAGED PIECES
In case of missing game pieces or manufaturer defects, we suggest you contact the publisher directly. Game publishers do not typically send replacement to retail stores but will usually help the consumer directly.
